G'Day GourmetTM canned salmon and tuna are great right out of the can!  Serve with a variety of crackers, toasted bread, plain bread for a delicious and easy to serve appetizer!

G'Day GourmetTM salmon and tuna are versatile and can be prepared and served in a variety of ways.  Try some of these delicious recipes:

G’Day GourmetTM Salmon Spread

Makes about 1 cup, enough for 30 crackers

Ingredients:

3 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

1 can of G’Day GourmetTM Salmon, any flavor you prefer, drained

bullet

Garnish: Chives

Prepare:

Combine the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or hand blend until mixture is smooth. Chill at least 30 minutes.

This spread is wonderful on crackers, bagels, flatbreads, or any bread of you choice.

G'Day GourmetTM Indian Curry Tuna Salad with Sweet Potatoes

Makes enough for about four (4) servings.

Ingredients:

3 cans G'Day GourmetTM Indian Curry Tuna
bullet
1 stalk celery, diced
bullet
1/4 cup peas
bullet
1 small Thai Chile, minced ( optional)
bullet
1 medium sweet potato, peeled, diced and cooked
bullet
Some parsley, minced
bullet
1 heaping teaspoon sweet pickle relish
bullet
1/4 cup water chestnuts

Prepare:

Combine all, season to taste with salt and pepper.  Let sit to meld, about 15 minutes.

Can be reduced or increased as you like.
